LT 1 technology transforms most of common waste to clean oil, usable as ecological fuel. LT 1 technology produces almost zero waste a residues.

Crushed plastic waste is processed by thermal depolymerization. During this process, long molecular structures of plastics are decomposed to short structures of oil hydrocarbon. In contrast with common pyrolysis, LT 1 technology ensures optimal and stable conditions for depolymerization and is not producing any undesirable products (tar) and is producting only very small amounts of dirt and practically zero emissions.

Basic LT 1 machine is the most convenient and the most advanced machine for plastics recycling. LT 1 produces 1 litre of oil ( 1 litre of oil = 0,854 kg ) from each kilogram of plastic waste. All-day production is over 1 000 Kg. The weight of the machine is 2 500 Kg and it is delivered as a container with measurements or 8m x 3m x 3m. Electrical system is 3 phase / 400 V / 60 A. To produce 1 liter of oil, machine consumption is 1 kWh of electricity. LT 1 is CE certified.

Examples: Wrapping and protective covers, CD and DVD covers, food serving applications, trays for meat and vegetables, containers for eggs, glasses, picnic dishes and cutlery.

LT 1 technology transforms plastic waste to low sulfur oil, know as Plastoil. It can be used as a fuel in heating.

Good properties of Plastoil makes it a very suitable substitute for diesel. Our tests has shown that Plastoil can be used in diesel generators without any influence to generator life or performance.
